How far is the B&B from the airport?
La Sosta is around 10 minutes by car from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), depending on traffic and the terminal. The Directions section has Google Maps routes in both directions.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in after 14:30 and check-out by 10:30. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Let us know your estimated arrival time, especially for a late-night flight. Self check-in is an optional service that must be requested and confirmed in advance.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes, airport transfers are available on request for an additional fee. Send us your flight date and time and the number of guests so we can check availability and cost before your stay.
How does breakfast work?
There is a breakfast corner for self-service breakfast. Contact us to check what is provided for your stay and to tell us about any dietary requirements.
Is the outdoor Lay-Z-Spa Maldives always available?
The outdoor Lay-Z-Spa Maldives is available on request. Contact us before your stay to check availability, conditions of use and any additional fee. A confirmed house booking does not automatically confirm use of the spa.
Can I bring my dog?
Please contact us before booking to check the conditions for bringing your pet. There is an outdoor dog bed at the property.
What amenities are included and where can I park?
The independent house has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking in front of the property is free.
How do I book and pay?
Enter your dates and number of guests in the form, then send the enquiry on WhatsApp. We will reply with availability, a price and booking conditions, including cancellation conditions. Once confirmed, a small deposit secures your dates; the balance is payable before check-in. PayPal is accepted. An online enquiry is not an automatic booking confirmation.
